Up to 4-6 Compatible Horses (6-10 in larger fields).

Shelters NOT guaranteed.

We do our BEST to separate Mares & Geldings or make sure horses are compatible.

SHED ROW BARN-limited space

8 Covered SHED ROW BARN stalls-for Emergency, Clinic or Show use only. $25/nite or day use.

Wood Plank SHOW STALLS-require Stall Guard

Private Heated INDOOR Arena
HOURLY Rate-$65/Hour
FRIDAY NIGHT Special 5-10 pm $275.00 ( 5Hrs use)
HALF Day Rate $290/Half Day (5Hr use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time.
1 FULL Day Rate: 8am-5pm $500/Day (9hrs use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time.
2 FULL Days Rate: 8am-5pm- $985 (18 hrs use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time.
MULTI- DAY or Weekend Rate: $1100. (22 Hrs) ie) Fri Night-6-10pm. Sat & Sun 8am-5pm. (Setup/Cleanup to be included in that time)
Entire Weekend- 5pm Fri-5pm Sun- TBD
To BOOK entire Facility, Heated Indoor, Outdoor, Warm-Up area, Trail area, call to discuss Rates.
Summer Discounts available from May 1 to Aug 31.

Haul-In Rates

(applies to Indoor Arena, Outdoor Arena-Half price)

$20/Horse/Hour
$15/each for Additional Horses/Hour
HAUL-IN for Treatment
by Vet, Farrier, Chiropractor, Dentist, etc.
$15/horse.
(not extra if your in riding that Horse)

OUTDOOR ARENA

Private OUTDOOR Arena
HOURLY Rate $35/Hour
FULL Day Rate $225/Day (10 Hrs of Use, includes time for set up and clean up day of)
HALF Day Rate $125/Half Day (5 Hrs of Use)

ARENA EXTRAS

Additional Harrowing $48/Hr or $25/time.
TBD for Barrel Races.
Multiple TIMER system-$1/Run
Sound System $25/Day
Electrical Plug-ins $20/Day
28 Outdoor Event Pens $15/Day
