We do our BEST to separate Mares & Geldings or make sure horses are compatible.

-for Emergency, Clinic or Show use only. $30/night or day use.

OPEN AIR-8 Stalls- $20/nite

Wood Plank SHOW STALLS
-26 Stalls-require a Stall Guard
$15.00/nite or day.

Your Shavings & Hay. You clean when done.

INDOOR ARENA

• Private Heated INDOOR Arena
• HOURLY Rate-$75/Hour 
• FRIDAY NIGHT Special 5-10PM $275.00
• ( 5Hrs use)
• HALF Day Rate $290/Half Day- (5Hr use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time. 
• 1 FULL Day Rate: 8am-5pm $500/Day (9hrs use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time.
• 2 FULL Days Rate: 8am-5pm- $985 (18 hrs use) Setup/Cleanup included in that time.
• MULTI- DAY or Weekend Rate: $1050. (22 Hrs)                 
• ie) Fri Night-6-10pm.                                            Sat & Sun 8am-5pm.                         
• (Set-up/Cleanup to be included in that time)
• Entire Weekend- 5pm Fri-5pm Sun- We are happy to discuss option to suit your needs.

• FULL Day Rate $230/Day (10 Hrs of Use, includes time for set up and clean up day of)
• HALF Day Rate $125/Half Day (5 Hrs of Use) 

ARENA EXTRAS

• Additional Harrowing $48/Hr or $25/time.
• TBD for Barrel Races.
• Multiple TIMER system-$1/Run
• Sound System $25/Day
• Electrical Plug-ins $20/Day
• 26 Outdoor Event Wood Plank Pens $15/Day
  
• 8 Covered Stalls- $25/Day
